The customer may cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. The customer pays the amount
total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 21 days prior to arrival. If the customer does not show up,
he must pay the total amount of the reservation.

Non-refundable.
The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he/she cancels at any time after the
reservation.
